Birthday treats must be pre-packaged and purchased. Please NO birthday invitations unless all boys or girls are invited in the class.

If you'd like to visit, please make a plan with your child's teacher and leave your other children at home. Please wait at least 30 days before visiting to allow your child to adjust to their new surroundings. Before entering the class, you must check in at the office.

Communication

Your teacher will provide you and your child with a weekly newsletter. In addition, the teacher will communicate classroom activities, happenings, and student learning through a digital learning journal called Seesaw. More information on how to access this app will be provided weeks prior to the start of the school year. You are welcome to contact Ms. Ava at school (320-244-3334, ext 1013) or via email at akoep@glacialhills.org.

Lunch

The Breakfast and School Lunch Programs are a federally funded program in which all students can  participate. Due to state funding, both the breakfast and lunch program is free to all K through 6th grade students.

Please fill out the Educational Benefits Application. This form used to qualify you for free and reduced meals, however, state funding provides meals for all. Regardless, this form provides our school with a lot of additional opportunities specific to funding! We appreciate your time filling this out.
